*AN UPDATE

To our wonderful guests and community,

Unfortunately, our reopening efforts have been further delayed. On New Years Day someone broke into the restaurant and started a fire. The resulting fire, water, and smoke damage was considerable and we are currently working with our insurance company to mitigate and repair the restaurant now. As I’m sure you can understand this has been devastating for us. While we will continue to move forward, the future of our reopening is currently unknown. Thank you for your support. Your emails and messages of encouragement have been truly valued. We will continue to update you when we have more information.

A NOTE FROM OUR OWNER…

To be honest, COVID has been incredibly challenging for us here at Brixens, as well as our entire industry. We collectively mourn all of the businesses and restaurants that have had to close permanently over the last year and a half as those businesses were the product of someone's dreams, hard work, and commitment. As an ownership team, we are so grateful that we have narrowly escaped this same fate. Although we have remained closed longer than we ever anticipated we are taking this time to make Brixens better equipped to serve you, our beloved guests. When we reopen we will be doing so with a new patio, revamped kitchen, and food and bar menus! While we work hard to complete these projects so that we can open again, please know that your continued support has meant more to us than you’ll ever know. When we have established a time frame for reopening we will let you all know so that we can celebrate coming together again over a good meal.

When we say we are obsessed with delighting our guests, we truly mean it! We make all of our food in house, every day, with only the freshest ingredients. We craft dishes with the goal to show our love for our guests and our community through the food we serve. Not only do we obsess over every dish we create, once we have the dish just where we want it, we get to work creating vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free renditions.

** We want our guests with specific dietary needs to know that we do everything in our power to make sure your food is not only delicious, but safe for you to enjoy. This means we have different cooking equipment, fryers, utensils, and ingredients we use to ensure your food’s prepared just the way you want, and need, it to be!
